Can I try Billbook first?+
Yes — register an email for a full 90-day trial with every Team-plan feature included, no credit card required. When the trial ends you can subscribe to Team or fall back to the free anonymous mode (data stays in your browser).
How does payment work?+
Payments are processed by Paddle, which supports major credit cards and select local payment methods. Paddle acts as the merchant of record and handles regional taxes (VAT / GST / sales tax) automatically.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel from the in-app Billing panel at any time. You retain access until the end of the current billing cycle.
What about refunds?+
You can request a full refund within 14 days of your first subscription. Full details in the Refund Policy.
How much do I save with yearly billing?+
Yearly billing is roughly 17% off — pay for 10 months, get 12. The same discount applies to add-on seats.
Can I add more seats?+
Yes. Team includes 3 seats; add more from the Billing panel and they take effect immediately.
How is my data protected?+
All cloud data lives in Supabase (PostgreSQL); anonymous-mode data stays in your browser. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Do I get an invoice?+
Paddle emails an invoice to the address on the subscription after each payment. For anything else, email i@billbook.me.
